When should I arrive?
Guests are encouraged to arrive at Saltwater Farm Vineyard by 4:00 p.m.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an evening of celebration among the vines and inside the vineyard hangar.
The ceremony will be held on natural ground in front of the vines, so we recommend planning footwear accordingly.
Heel protectors will be provided.

Will transportation be provided?
Yes.
Shuttles will begin departing at 3:30 p.m., with return service running throughout the evening.
A final shuttle will depart just before 10:00 p.m. to ensure everyone arrives back in time for the after-party.

Is parking available?
Complimentary self-parking is available at both the Hilton Mystic and Saltwater Farm Vineyard.
Guests planning to take the shuttle may park at the Hilton Mystic.

Children welcome?
While we adore your little ones, this celebration is planned as an adults-only evening.
We hope you enjoy a night out celebrating with us.

Will food and drinks be served?
Yes.
Guests will enjoy a full evening of thoughtfully prepared cuisine, passed hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, wine, and dancing throughout the evening.

Dietary accommodations available?
Yes—we are happy to accommodate dietary needs whenever possible.
Nearly everything on our menu will be gluten-free, and all offerings will be clearly labeled.
Vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian options will be available.
If you have any additional allergies or dietary needs, please indicate them when submitting your RSVP.

Is there an after-party?
Yes.
After the reception concludes, we’ll continue the celebration at the Hilton Mystic at 10:00 p.m.
Return shuttles are timed to ensure everyone arrives back together as the after-party begins.

Where should out-of-town guests stay?
We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Mystic.
